Ssese Islands

Located in the North West corner of Lake Victoria, Uganda, it is an archipelago of 84 islands about 43 islands are inhabited the islands are a home to the Bantu people. Not only making a home to the people but gifted with a variety of nature including different birds, monkeys as usual visitors common are the black and white colobus, the vervet. It is a relaxation and vacation place enjoying beaches offering beautiful scenery. The most easily accessible is the largest called Buggala Island best developed for tourists making Kalangala the administration centre for the islands.
